Retail Store Associate
As a public face of the company the Sales Associates are responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services the company offers. A Sales Associate is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of the company products, services, and policies. Complaint handling is a critical part of this position. Turning a frustrated customer into a happy customer, while adhering to company policies, requires a combination of empathy and tact. Another key responsibility is maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, products, signage, and displays.
What are the duties of this position?
•Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
• Operating cash registers and balancing drawers. Achieving established goals.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store. Increasing in store sales.
• Superior product knowledge. Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
What is the schedule for this position?
Letters Greek Apparel offers a flexible work environment that supports part time and full time position(s). Our production facility and store offers work shifts between the hours of 7AM and 7PM Monday - Saturday. During your interview process your hiring manager will figure out what shift(s) work best for your schedule.

AVERAGE PAY RATE
The average pay rate for this position is between $8-10 per hour depending on experience / training performance. We start all employees on a 30 day trial basis to determine starting pay after training.
The age requirement for Letters Greek Apparel embroidery machine operators is 18 years of age. Adults of age must be able to work either a first shift with hours between 7:00am-3pm or 2nd shift with hours between 3:00pm-7pm.
Employees at Letters Greek Apparel are paid weekly by direct deposit.
