HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE (DOMESTIC)?
Once your order has completed production and is shipped you will be emailed your tracking number. If you feel you have missed this email please use the check order status link at the top of the page in the main menu under contact or in the footer links. In your shipping confirmation email, you'll receive a link to the tracking history. From there, you can monitor your package's progress until it's delivered to your door. Depending on the shipping method selected, you can visit USPS.com or FedEx.com to enter the tracking number emailed to you.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Letters Greek Apparel offers several payment options for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. We also take PayPal, Apple Pay and store credit via Letters Greek Apparel E-Gift Cards. Our E-Gift Cards are exclusive to online purchases.
MY ORDER WAS CONFIRMED, BUT I GOT A CANCELLATION EMAIL THAT STATES I RECEIVED A REFUND. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
The item(s) you ordered was so popular that between the time you placed the order and when we processed it, the item sold out. The good news is, that we will email you an E-Gift Card for the cost of the item along with your refund. (Minus any applicable promotion codes used on the order)
Helpful Hint: Please treat the E-Gift Card like cash, as it is store credit you can use for a later purchase. Store credit never expires!

We understand that these things can happen. The good news is that you can use your code for your next order. Orders that have been placed cannot be changed due to our production process. Applying the discount code to order already placed would restart the order's production cycle.

If you do not receive an email from Letters Greek Apparel within a few hours of placing your order please check your Spam folder, alternatively the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly due to a typo during your checkout. If you feel you may have entered your information incorrectly or have not received your order confirmation, please contact our Customer Care team by clicking.HERE.
MY PURCHASE IS OVER $75… WHY HASN'T THE SHIPPING CHARGE BEEN WAIVED?
Free shipping for orders over $75 (subtotal) applies to U.S. Domestic, and Canada shipments only (when using standard delivery) when the total of the order less any discount applied is equal to or greater than $75.00. International Orders over $150 (subtotal) also qualify for free shipping.Helpful Hint:

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
There may be several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:
If you ordered a single item and we are unable to fulfill the order due to either (1) being out of stock or (2) an unexpected delay in our ability to replenish the item in a timely manner, your order will be cancelled and your original form of payment will be credited with the full amount of your order (less any discounts used when placing the order). If you used an E-Gift Card for your order, a new E-Gift Card will be issued for that portion of your payment.
- In some cases we are unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order may be automatically be cancelled. If your order has been cancelled for this reason, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, please create a new order using the correct billing address.
- If our Customer Protection Team has attempt to reach you regarding an order and has been unsuccessful in contacting you after 7 days, your order will be your order will be cancelled and your original form of payment will be credited with the full amount of your order (less any discounts used when placing the order). If you used an E-Gift Card for your order, a new E-Gift Card will be issued for that portion of your payment.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, completed production and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS or FedEx) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Letters Greek Apparel is proud to service our fraternity and sorority members from all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. Please see our currency convertor located at the bottom of our website to change currency on the site. The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page.
It usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive in your country after leaving our facility, however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Sometimes orders can be lost at customs when entering your country. If you believe this has happen please contact our customer service team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT.
We know how important your order is! Letters Greek Apparel provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office (this is the most frequent place we have seen packages).
We will always do our best to assist you, but Letters Greek Apparel does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after we have received delivery confirmation from USPS or Fedex. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
Please take a photo of the item and email it to our Customer Care team at email@example.com with a description of the damage. Upon inspection of the damaged item, if we believe we are responsible we will then issue you a return label to send the item back and create a new order to have your item resent.
DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING FEES?
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item.
To report or return a damaged item, please use contact customer service.
Helpful hint: If you return your order we strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.
WHY HAS MY ORDER NOT SHIPPED YET?
Letters Greek Apparel produces all of our products to the customer's order. We ask for 7-10 business days to produce your order and 2-3 business days for delivery. Once your item has completed it production and has shipped we will send you your tracking information via email. Making the product to the order allows us to offer a wide variety of greek retail items. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
