    Package Missing an Item?

    If your order has 3+ items and one item is not on our inventory rack the day of your shipment we will split your order rather than hold on to your order to provide speedy shipping times for your package. The remaining pieces will ship as soon as they become available.

    If your package is missing an item, first check your packaging slip and see if one our team members left a note about splitting your order to ship it faster. If not, then email us at sales@lettersgreekapparel.com or call our customer service line 865-622-3263 to check and see if there was an issue or mistake during the shipping process.

    HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

    Shipping rates are calculated via UPS Calculator for all domestic. International Checkout orders are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on region you are shipping to.

    WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

    All domestic and Canada orders are shipped via USPS GROUND. At this moment we do not offer expedited shipping. All orders are made to the order and are not sitting on the shelf. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for order processing and production of the order, and an additional 5-10 business days for delivery depending on your location.

    DO YOU RE-STOCK YOUR INVENTORY?

    On occasion we will re-stock some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site. Limited releases will not be re-stocked once sold out.

    DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

    We do not offer gift cards through our web store.
