Customer Experience Specialists

Letters Greek Apparel is seeking an customer experience specialist to help assist our warehouse production manager. This position has been created to help move orders through our system faster and help provide customers with accurate order information ensuring their order experience is timely and efficient.

What are the duties of this position?

• This Position is in our warehouse
• Help production manager scan finished products into inventory
• Update customers over the phone about their order status
• Customer service tickets through out Zendesk Software
• Assist production manager with order shipments

What is the schedule for this position?

Letters Greek Apparel offers a flexible work environment that supports part time and full time position(s). Our production facility and store offers work shifts between the hours of 7AM and 7PM Monday - Saturday. During your interview process your hiring manager will figure out what shift(s) work best for your schedule.

AVERAGE PAY RATE

The average pay rate for this position is between $12-15 depending on experience / training performance. We start all employees on a 30 day trial basis to determine starting pay after training.

AGE REQUIREMENT 

The age requirement for Letters Greek Apparel embroidery machine operators is 18 years of age. Adults of age must be able to work either a first shift with hours between 7:00am-3pm or 2nd shift with hours between 3:00pm-7pm.

PAY SCHEDULE

Employees at Letters Greek Apparel are paid weekly by direct deposit.
